Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LetsTripTo at https://letstrip.to and related services (the “Service”) operated by LetsTripTo LLC.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Effective date: 21 June 2026.

LetsTripTo provides online route planning on a map, saving and sharing tracks, trip organization, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided on an availability basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at privacy@letstrip.to if you suspect unauthorized access.

One natural person should not maintain multiple accounts for abusive purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of routes, trips, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the Service according to the visibility settings you choose (private, link-only, or public).

You are solely responsible for content you publish or share, including compliance with applicable laws and respect for others’ rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others’ rights.
• Upload malware, scrape or overload our systems, or attempt to bypass security.
• Harass, impersonate, or collect personal data of others without consent.
• Share content you do not have the right to distribute.

The Service integrates map tiles, routing (BRouter), geocoding (Nominatim), and other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies.

Route geometry and travel times are estimates. You must verify conditions on the ground before riding or driving.

LetsTripTo is a planning tool, not a substitute for judgment, local laws, trail conditions, or off-road safety practices. Routes may cross private land, closed trails, or hazardous terrain. You assume all risks of travel.

Core map and saving features are currently free. We may introduce paid plans in the future; pricing and billing terms will be shown before you are charged.

LetsTripTo name, logo, software, and site design are owned by LetsTripTo LLC or its licensors. Except for the license in Section 5, these Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LetsTripTo LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD 100), where such limitation is allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, contact privacy@letstrip.to.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of BY, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in BY shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
